  • Why did the festival move to Virginia Beach Oceanfront this year? From the beginning, the goal of Hampton Roads VegFest has been to serve our entire region, sharing compassionate, healthier, and more sustainable eating and living with all of the 7 cities of HR. We’ve put down roots on the Southside, as well as gave the Peninsula a taste of all the wonderful vegan food available to our community in 2019! As leadership shifts over the years, our organizers use their resources and connections to enhance our impact and make it an even larger event to show thousands that veganism can be easy, tasty, fun, and affordable to all.
  • What if I have questions at the festival? Find one of our volunteers in wearing Hawaiian leis, and they’ll be able to answer your question or direct you to someone who can.
